Lois Tullo is in her 27th year of teaching Financial Services and Risk Management at the executive, MBA and undergraduate level. She was the keynote speaker at the several risk conferences including the United Nations, American Banker, CAiP, and The Fields Institute Conference. She is also the author of the Global Risks and Trends framework adopted by 12 Canadian financial institutions to manage nonfinancial risk including RBC and CPPIB. She has held several CFO, CCO and CRO positions in the digital asset industry, most recently for YAMS CP a Chia mining company. Previously she was CFO at CIBC Finance Inc a non-wholly own subsidiary of CIBC, responsible for Finance, Accounting, HR, and interim Risk Management. CIBC FI had a portfolio of $6 billion student and car loans. Previously she was Director of Process redesign at Unitel, Management Consultant at Nolan, Norton Canada a Business Strategy and Technology Architecture firm, Accountant for Food for the Hungry Ethiopia, Data Analyst TCPL, Chartered Accountant E&Y, and PWC. Previous BOD and Chair of HRCC for Jameson Bank, Chair Urban Promise "kids at risk" charity. Vice Chair of Richview Residence Foundation affordable seniors housing.
Brian has been with the company since its inception. He analyses, evaluates, and makes underwriting decisions in line with underwriting guidelines and recommendations, coordinating with the underwriting staff. He also manages, trains, and appraises junior members of staff to enhance the underwriting skills within the underwriting team. Brian was previously the Vice President Ontario East & North at Street Capital. He was also the Senior Underwriter at ING Bank of Canada, Scotia Express, MCAP, and Street Capital. Brian graduated from the University of Guyana with an Honors BSc.
