Steven is the CEO & Co-founder of Capital Blockchain, previously CIO at Ontario Telemedicine Network, MCAP, and MedAvail, and a former VP at RBC and BCE. He’s a board member at various organizations, with a PhD in Computer Science, an MBA from York University, and an ICD.D certification.
