Sutha has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage brokering, finance, and private lending sectors.
Sutha has led the substantial growth of Kuber mortgage investments as evidenced by 52% CAGR over the
past 5 years. Sutha’s active management of the mortgage and investment portfolio is instrumental to the
overall success of the fund thus far, as Kuber’s portfolio continues to sustain no loan losses since inception.
He has a reputation as a business turnaround specialist adding innovation and automation of many of
Kuber processes. Sutha graduated from the University of Waterloo with a B.A.Sc. Honours in Applied
Science in Engineering.

Lois Tullo, CA/CPA, MBA, ICD.d

Lois Tullo has over 30 years of experience at the executive and board level of financial institutions. As a CFO, CCO, and CRO for financial and digital asset companies she brings a breadth and depth of experience in finance, compliance, risk management, technology, and governance. Most recently as CCO for YAMS CP, and previously as CFO for CIBC Finance Inc. she oversaw a $6 billion loan portfolio. She has been teaching risk management for over 25 years at the Schulich School of Business at the Executive, MBA, and Undergraduate level. She is a keynote speaker for the United Nations, American Banker, CAiP, and the Fields Institute on the topics of risk management in the areas of digital assets, blockchain and carbon credits, sovereign debt and Central Bank Digital Currency. She is the Chair of Urban Promise “kids at Risk” charity, Vice Chair of the Richview Foundation affordable seniors housing, and past BOD and Chair of the HRCC for privately held bank. She holds a CA/CFA; MBA, ICD.D, and OSC CCO designation.

Mr. De Lambert has over 25 years of mortgage industry experience. Ranier is the relationship team lead for
investors. His team funded over 2 billion dollars in residential mortgages and has consistently ranked as
the top-performing team* in Ontario and Canada. He is a leader in the industry, winning multiple awards*
throughout his career. Mr. De Lambert has completed the Canadian Investment Funds Course (IFIC), the
Life Insurance Agent Licensing Course, and the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) Condo Director
Training Program. Mr. De Lambert is also the Treasurer and Director of Metropolitan Toronto
Condominium Corporation 779.

Bill Jandrisits

Bill is the Managing Partner of Normera Capital Partners, an advisory and capital placement firm with
offices in Toronto and New York. Bill is a Registered Representative of Ecoban Securities Corporation, a
FINRA Registered Broker Dealer. Bill's prior roles include positions as Strategic Lead – Market Conduct at
Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRAO), President & CEO of MCAN Mortgage
Corporation, a publicly-traded, federally-regulated financial institution, Member of the Investment
Committee for KingSett Capital - High Yield Fund, Director of Finance and Director of Investor Relations &
Strategic Initiatives – Canada for Starwood Capital Group, and over 13 years with RBC Financial Group in
positions including Industry Manager for Real Estate and Managing Director North American Real Estate.
Bill holds both an MBA and HBA from the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario, as well as
the Series 7, 63 and 79 securities registrations with FINRA. Bill obtained his ICD.D certification from the
Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman School of Business.

Steven Delaney

Steven is the CEO & Co-founder of Capital Blockchain, a Canadian firm that develops Blockchain solutions
for the private and public sectors. Previously, Steven was the CIO of the Ontario Telemedicine Network, CIO
of MCAP (a $100B mortgage firm), CIO of MedAvail, and Vice-President at RBC and BCE. Steve has been an
active board member for 15 years. He is currently on the Advisory Council at the Toronto Metropolitan
University and on the board of iVedha. He has been on the board of MPAC and the CIO Association of
Canada for many years. Steve has a PhD in Computer Science working on the data quality of healthcare
records. He holds an MBA from York University and an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the
University of Toronto. He obtained his ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors, Rotman
School of Business.
