Sutha has a keen sense of direction and unwavering focus which has propelled the company to new heights responsibly and sustainably.  Sutha obtained his B.A.Sc Honors in Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Waterloo.

Ranier has almost three decades of experience in the mortgage industry. During his tenure as a mortgage broker, his leadership has been a driving force behind the team's remarkable achievement, funding over $2 billion in residential mortgages. Ranier has amassed multiple accolades throughout his long tenure in the space. His educational credentials include the successful completion of programs such as the Canadian Investment Funds Course (IFIC), the Life Insurance Agent Licensing Course, and the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) Condo Director Training Program.
